Yes, absolutely.
Where can I view my sales receipt?

How can I return an item?
If you need to return an order, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Go to "My Orders" and select the order you want to return.
3. Click on "Return Items".
4. Choose the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return.
5. Submit your request and wait for our approval.
6. Once your return request is approved, follow the instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.
7. We will process your refund once we receive the returned item(s).

Please note that some items may not be eligible for return, and certain conditions may apply. You can find more information in our return policy.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Our team is always working hard to keep our inventory fully stocked. However, certain popular items may sell out quickly and become temporarily unavailable. Rest assured though, we regularly restock our out of stock items as soon as they become available again. Keep an eye on our website for any updates or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know of any restocks!

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship to all addresses within the kuwait country. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you have any special shipping requests, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
